When our house flo...I know what your going through! When our house flooded we waited on hold for the Insurance Co. 6.5 hours as our house was unliveable and rang them daily to ask them to come an assess the damage to see if we were covered. It took them 2 weeks to come out, so frustrating and scary as you wonder if they are going to cover you or not!! Thank goodness we were covered but it still is upsetting and hard work to recover!!
