Harris and I've been married since 1999 and we have two fur babies of the feline sort. We have a pretty good life, all things considered. But, it's not complete. Seven years ago I received a diagnosis of PCOS, a condition which has taken a toll on both my body and soul. It will not beat me though and we will be parents.

We are here!

Got in late last night due to weather in the US.  The Hilton staff is as gracious as ever, and it's nice to see familiar faces here!  Carrie and I are heading out around noon to do some sight seeing and pick up a few supplies from M Block.

It was weird to not see any couples with babies this morning at breakfast.  Maybe I just missed them?  Of course, we didn't get there until almost 10 this morning because we were exhausted.

Oh, and word to the wise, if you're doing injections on 2 continents, plan a time that's not 4 a.m. on the second continent.  Yeah, we didn't think that one thru!  LOL!

    Delhi is amazing early morning !
    If you can do it, go to the 14C Lodhi Gardens, or, perhaps for a walk in the evening, and then to nearby upscale Khan Market for a bite, or a concert of dance and music at 6.30 PM at the India International Centre, it's free and right next to Lodhi Gardens. Remember feel good endorphins go a long way in making happy things happen. A juicy melon over breakfast should set up the day nicely. Enjoy your stay the two of you. Lots of luck !

      Thanks for the ideas! We're actually heading to Khan Market on Saturday. I learned from a lovely Indian Couple at the airport that there is a children's bookstore there behind the Bahri & Sons bookstore. Same owners, different store. So, we'll probably grab a bite to eat while there. Oh, and the mangoes are in full season now! The best part of breakfast, to be sure!

      Thanks, Andy! Yes, this time difference for the shot had to be planned for the plane trip. But, it certainly didn't work out well for us here. We get up at 4:30 each morning right now to do the shot. No worries, though. We'll make it work! And, if we get a baby from this trip, it will certainly be worth any small sacrifice made!
